This is a small cozy location overlooking the river, located under the overhanging terrace of a private house.

 Our task was to make and install concrete panels on an aluminum system, to assemble a cantilever bench and a console tabletop with a sink, hiding the communications running along the wall behind our panels.

The term of works set a record for installation time among similar projects for all our practice.

It took more than a month for all the parts to come together with gaps of 2 mm.

The painstaking process of installation cannot be fast, because such accuracy is not done in a hurry, and the result of work is able to function for decades.
